Refund Policy

Overview

PromptKosh currently publishes free, copyable AI photo prompts and does not accept payments or offer on-site image generation. This policy explains how refunds will work only if a paid generation service launches in the future.

Future failed generations

If a future generation fails because of a system, payment, or provider issue, it may qualify for an automatic credit refund or manual review. Refund decisions will be based on internal logs, payment records, and generation status.

Future completed generations

If introduced, successful generations will be treated as delivered digital services. Style preference, subjective quality expectations, or a change of mind after delivery generally will not qualify for a monetary refund.

Future duplicate payments

If a future paid service charges you twice or does not credit your account, contact support with your account email, payment reference, and approximate payment time.

How to request help

For an issue with the current prompt library, email support@promptkosh.in with the prompt link and a short description. If a future paid service launches, include the account email, generation ID, and payment ID if available.
