3. Uploaded Images and Future AI Processing

When you upload an example image for a prompt:

PromptKosh does not currently provide on-site AI generation. If that service becomes available, this policy will be updated before image processing or transmission to AI providers begins.

4. AI Providers and Third-Party Processing

PromptKosh does not currently send visitor photos to third-party AI infrastructure providers for on-site generation. If this changes, this policy will be updated before that processing begins.

PromptKosh plugin for ChatGPT

When you use the PromptKosh plugin in ChatGPT, ChatGPT sends your style ID or style search words to PromptKosh so we can return a matching public style and its prompt. Our hosting and database providers process these requests to deliver the result. We do not require a PromptKosh account for this lookup.

ChatGPT receives the returned style prompt and handles image generation under your ChatGPT account. If you attach a reference photo in ChatGPT, the PromptKosh plugin does not request or store that photo. Your ChatGPT conversation, uploaded photos, generated images, and their retention are governed by OpenAI's terms and privacy policy.

We may retain routine request metadata in hosting and security logs for service operation and abuse prevention. You can stop using the plugin by uninstalling it in ChatGPT; contact us using the address below for a request about any PromptKosh-held data.

These providers may include:

• Image generation providers
• AI infrastructure vendors
• Cloud processing providers

Processing may occur on infrastructure located outside your country.

5. Authentication Providers

PromptKosh supports authentication through third-party providers including Google Authentication.

When you sign in using Google, we may receive your Name, Email address, Profile image, and Account identifier.

We do not receive your password. Authentication remains subject to the policies of the authentication provider.

6. Payment Providers

PromptKosh does not currently process payments. If payments are introduced, they may be processed through third-party providers including Cashfree and associated payment networks.

Payment providers may collect Transaction information, Billing information, and Payment verification data.

Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. Security measures may include:
