How the library works
Editorial policy and prompt sources
PromptKosh is an India-first library of AI photo prompts. Our standard is simple: show the evidence, publish the usable text, and credit the source whenever that information is available.
Show the result with the prompt
A prompt is useful only when you can judge its output. PromptKosh puts the example image beside the full prompt text so visitors can see what the instructions produced before copying them.
Keep the prompt text free
Public prompt text is never hidden behind a paywall. Visitors can copy it, adapt it to their own image tool, and learn from the visual choices it contains.
Attribute work where possible
Imported prompts retain available source information, including the original author or publication link. If attribution is incomplete or incorrect, we welcome corrections.
Write for Indian visual needs
The collection prioritises India-first moments such as ethnic portraits, matrimonial biodata photos, workplace headshots, local-business visuals, festivals, and couple photography.
What is in the collection
PromptKosh currently contains 676 public prompts. The library includes 155 original creator styles and 521 prompts imported from the open awesome-gpt-image-2 collection, translated into English and retained with available source attribution.
The collection is being refined toward practical AI photo use cases. Generic interface, chart, and illustration material may remain available for browsing, but it is not treated as the site's primary search topic.
What PromptKosh does not claim
- • On-site image generation is not currently available.
- • PromptKosh does not promise that another AI tool will reproduce an identical image.
- • A polished AI result should not be used to misrepresent identity, credentials, or official documents.
Request a correction
If a prompt source, example image, title, or category is inaccurate, please send us the prompt link and the correction. Source attribution and useful evidence matter more than publishing the largest possible catalogue.
